Jasmine, a native & resident of St. Louis, Mo., embarked on her photography journey at the age of 18, using her cell phone to document the world surrounding her. Progressing from a basic point-and-shoot film camera to a Kodak Easy Share digital camera, she eventually acquired her first DSLR in 2011. By 2014, Jasmine had delved deep into her passion for capturing candid moments within the black community, aiming to showcase their genuine essence often overlooked by mainstream media.

Her astute attention to detail enables her to uncover the layers of life, revealing its adversities, victories, and fleeting moments of happiness. Through her lens, Jasmine transforms these unnoticed yet significant moments into visual narratives that mirror her distinct perspective. Her love for artistic interpretation spans portraiture and architectural photography, allowing her to infuse untold stories into every photograph she composes.
